The room I stayed in has excellent natural lighting and the reception staff is welcoming and accommodating. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. It was easy to find what I needed without traveling far. The other tourists I met were friendly and the overall atmosphere was very positive, which made my stay here all the more enjoyable.
The hotel's facilities could have been better. While my room was tidy upon arriving, the furnishings were dated and had definitely seen better days.
